After
WWII the Nuremberg Trials established for all to see the criminality
of the German leadership: similar trials should be planned immediately
to
establish the global criminality of the murderous Taliban and
their co-conspirators
for their attacks on the USA and Afghanistan and
especially
on all women.
They are a threat for the civilized productive world which they
want to destroy because they are unable to compete and unwilling
to learn how to work and become productive.
Education
System:
In
Japan after WWII the USA re-organized the entire government
according to democratic principles and, most importantly,
required
Japan to set up a completely new education system that included
girls and women
(who had been excluded in traditional Japan). Women in the new Government
have equal rights and equal access to training and employment
according to USA requirements for Japan. As a result Japan has
flourished economically and in every other way.
Similarly,
a new
secular education system shall be set up in Afghanistan
including women as students, teacher and administrators,
prohibiting all discrimination and providing extra teaching and
additional education for girls for the years they lost under the
Taliban.
A
Democratic Government:
A
new Government based on universal elections shall be set up even
before hostilities stop,
with all women over 18 (voting age) registered as voters as well
as candidates.
All Ministries and administrative Government positions should
have women co-administrators to assure equal decision making
powers.
The
Military:
All soldiers shall turn in all weapons and
be
recruited for public works
to rebuild roads, water supplies, electricity and all infra
structure, housing etc.
The
Mosques:
All funds and donations collected by the Mosques and religious
leaders shall be turned over to the education system to finance
the new schools and especially education for girls for the years
they have been deprived of all formal education.
A
mobile teaching system should be set up for rural areas
where teachers, after special training, are sent out to teach in
rural areas. 'Long Distance Education' is successfully used in
several countries including Australia: funds collected by Moslem
Leaders shall be used for such long distance education developed
by women and directed by the Education Ministry.
Equal
Rights:
Women shall have equal rights in all areas: Civil Law according
to democratic principles shall be developed and enforced based
on equal rights for all citizens, women and men:
civil
law shall rule in all areas including family law- overriding all
religious law of all denominations.
