Relationship with the Center for Partnership Studies
There is no one ‘right way’ to do partnership! This is what makes it exciting, but it also is difficult because each of us comes to it for our own reasons. People will stay involved with something that meets their needs. Our needs are as diverse as we are, including things like the need to connect with people, to accomplish something concrete, to advocate a position or to gain knowledge.
Definition of Partnership Communities
A Partnership Community is any organizational structure that is designed around the principles of Partnership as outlined by the work of Riane Eisler in her books The Chalice and the Blade, The Power of Partnership, and The Real Wealth of Nations.
Getting Involved in Communities
Partnership starts from many places and looks unique in every example. There are roles that everyone can play, from an individual who writes opinion pieces and blogs to an organization that wants to organize a campaign. Remember there is great power in individual action.
