Overview
A Partnership organization or community is a group of people committed to facilitating the emerging shift to a Partnership society. The community begins at the Center for Partnership Studies (CPS) and extends to each local, regional, national or international group that is committed to create a world of Partnership. It returns back to CPS with the knowledge that each community contributes. All communities work together to create the cultural transformation from domination to partnership.
Building a Successful Community
The mission of the Center for Partnership Studies is to advance human development by accelerating movement to the partnership model of relations. The partnership model is a way of structuring beliefs, institutions, and relations that supports the realization of our enormous human capacities for consciousness, caring, and creativity and promotes nonviolence, human rights, justice, and a sustainable environment.
Process & Procedure Support
Each community comes together with common Partnership models and values in mind. Often members have very different views about organizing and building a cohesive community. We provide guidelines and questions for discussion along with tips for facilitating a group.
